Job Overview:
This position will work under the supervision of the Mobile Market Operator to operate the Choctaw Fresh Produce mobile market, assist in scheduling and distributing produce to tribal communities; also conduct educational outreach activities.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Responsible for transporting produce safely to their designated

- Responsible for customer orders and satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records and
- Responsible for EPOS system management and some money handling
- Must know or be able to learn to operate the mobile market trailer/generator.

Job Overview:
As the Seasonal Harvester, you will play a vital role in the agricultural operation during the peak of harvesting season. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the harvesting of crops, ensuring efficient and timely collection of produce.
The duties listed are not all-inclusive. Duties assigned to individual employees may vary.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Crop Cultivation: Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing crops following established farming practices.
- Harvesting: Participate in the harvesting process, including picking fruits, vegetables, or other crops at the appropriate maturity Load and unload harvested produce onto trucks or other designated vehicles for transportation.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, harvesters, or irrigation systems, ensuring proper and safe usage.
- Pest and Disease Control: Monitor crops for signs of pests, diseases, or weed infestation and assist in implementing pest management strategies as directed by the Farm Manager.
- Crop Maintenance: Assist with pruning, staking, and trellising plants to ensure proper growth and development.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of activities performed, such as planting dates, crop yields, pesticide applications, and equipment maintenance.
- General Farm Maintenance: Support routine farm maintenance tasks, including cleaning work areas, repairing fences, and maintaining farm buildings or structures.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all farm health and safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other farm staff to accomplish daily tasks and goals, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in various weather
