2. The car’s make, model and tag number.

We will process your affidavit and send it back to you. When you receive the affidavit by fax, email or mail, you will sign the affidavit and send a copy back to our office. Then you can mail the affidavit to the county courthouse.
For a new tag, the Neshoba County Courthouse is closed to the public, so you will have to call and schedule an appointment to purchase your tag in person.
For a renewal tag in Neshoba County:
1. You will need to mail your affidavit, renewal card and payment to the county courthouse.
2. They will process it and send you the decal and receipt in the mail.
The Newton County Courthouse is issuing car tags when you come to the courthouse. They are allowing customers into the building, three at a time.
The Leake County Courthouse is closed to the public.
